Directions for use:

Peel off white backing paper. Apply to your skin in position and rub the patch in place. Peel back the outer sheet starting by lifting the blue tabs leaving the patch in place.

Thigh patches are soft and comfortable to wear, are sweat wicking, breathable, waterproof and have a stretchy fit allowing you to move freely.
