How much is delivery?
Standard Delivery within Ireland is automatically charged on all orders at the flat rate of €4.95. If your order costs more to send, we will cover the difference.

Do you offer Express Delivery?

Yes, We offer express delivery. Simply click the Express option upon checkout and this will be automatically calculated depending on your shipping address. Express delivery is available and costs €6.95 to ship anywhere in Ireland. A tracking number will be provided and goods will be delivered within 1-2 days following dispatch excluding peak times, weekends and bank holidays.

Do you offer a Gift Service?

Yes we do. Simply enter the recipients delivery details along with your message upon checkout and we will hand-write a personalised note to the recipient on your behalf. All of our invoices are emailed to reduce waste so the recipient won’t know how much their gift cost.

When will I receive my order?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch notification to the email address you provided. This means that your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of our carrier.

Due to the current Restrictions here in Ireland due to Covid-19, Standard Delivery with An Post is currently taking longer than the typical 1-3 days to arrive. We are working around the clock to process and dispatch your order in a timely manner but unfortunately have no control over delays in the postal system. We have been advised that orders sent via standard delivery are currently taking up to 7 days to arrive from time of dispatch excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays. If you need your order in a hurry we recommend our Express service (€6.95), you can place your order up to 12pm for same day dispatch, any orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day.

Returns Information

Due to the nature of the products we sell, goods are not sold on a sale or return basis. However, we offer a 14 day returns policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you placed your order. If you would like to return a product for any reason, simply contact us by email first, please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Beauty Couture Ireland. When returning an item please use sturdy packaging and ask for proof of postage. We can only accept returns that have not been opened, used, or any security seals broken. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s value is payable for all items.

Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund you via the method you paid, less shipping and any restocking fee. Please note any free samples or gifts included with your order do not need to be returned.
Beauty equipment, special order products and cosmetics which have been opened, cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Faulty goods must be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt.

Faulty items, once agreed with Beauty Couture Ireland, will be replaced or exchanged. if you have any queries, please email us
